- No returns after 30 days.
- No returns for user damage or used products.
- Glam.Or.Ring™ is not responsible for product lost or damaged during shipping. In this case, please refer to the shipping company. $100.00 in insurance coverage is included on all USPS Priority Mail to cover your purchase.
- Warranty claims must be requested by email to firstname.lastname@example.org with subject "Warranty Claim".
- Legitimate and acceptable returns or exchanges are fully refundable upon approval within 30 days minus shipping costs plus a 3.00 restocking fee.
- All returns must be in new and unused condition and in original packaging. Glam.Or.Ring LLC reserves the right to refuse a refund for any returns of damaged or used cases. Any refund issued will be for the purchase price only and will not include the initial shipping charges.
- Once we receive your returned items, we will initiate a refund to your account minus the shipping cost plus a 3.00 restocking fee. If your return/exchange is due to our error we will forward you a return label via email.

- Please allow up to 15 business days after receipt of your return for your credit to be issued to the same account used for the original purchase. You will receive an email confirmation of the credit once it has been issued.
- All products that were NOT purchased on glamorring.com should be returned to the original place of purchase.
If you ordered the wrong makeup phone cover for your skin tone, we encourage you to go onto to our website and order the correct cover. At your convenience, please return your incorrectly ordered makeup phone cover in it's original box.

Once we receive your returned items, we will initiate a refund to your account minus the shipping cost plus a 3.00 restocking fee. If your return/exchange is due to our error we will forward you a return label via email.
Orders cannot be cancelled if they have already been fulfilled.
Dispute Resolution Policy:
Glam.Or.Ring LLC agrees to use reasonable efforts and reasonable methods to resolve any disputes or discrepancies that arise regarding your order. As part of the dispute resolution process, you also acknowledge and agree that you as the Authorized User or the Cardholder will not initiate any chargeback or claim procedure with our Merchant Bank or your creditor without first contacting Glam.Or.Ring LLC and providing us the opportunity to resolve the claim or dispute, even if we were ultimately unable to provide a resolution.
Shipping and Handling:
- Domestic Orders with USPS Priority Flat Rate Shipping typically ship within 24 hours after being placed. All expedited orders placed before 11:00 a.m. PST (2:00 p.m. EST) will be processed the same day pending credit card verification. Please note: The day your order is packed and shipped is not counted as a day in transit.
- USPS Express International Flat Rate shipping delivers in 3 to 5 business days.
- Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped and obtain a scheduled delivery date.
- Domestic orders are typically shipped within 24 hours, and USPS Priority Flat Rate orders arrive in 3 to 7 business days. For orders shipped outside of the contiguous United States please allow 5-14 business days for delivery.
- Domestic USPS Priority Express Flat Rate offers overnight delivery. Sunday and Overnight Deliveries available in Major Markets for an extra fee.
If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, email us at: email@example.com as soon as possible so that we can correct your address. Once your package has shipped, USPS charges an intercept fee plus transportation fees to change an address. This charge can be billed to your original method of payment, or a new method of payment can be provided to cover these costs.
- All international taxes and duty are the responsibility of the customer. Any item that is abandoned in customs at the destination country will not be refunded.
- No refund will be made for lost packages due to an incorrect address.
- Shipping is the responsibility of the shipping company although every effort will be made to locate lost-in-transit packages.

With some exceptions, Priority Mail Express shipments include up to $100 of insurance and Priority Mail shipments may include up to $50. For more valuable shipments, additional coverage is usually available.
